I'm Jamie, your humble guide
I'm a trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner, Reiki practitioner, certified herbalist, sound healing practitioner, teacher of 20 years, and a mom.
I believe healing doesn’t have to feel intimidating or out of reach. Sometimes, it begins with one breath, one safe space, and the willingness to listen to the wisdom your body has been carrying all along.
Breathwork Sessions
Each breathwork session is tailored to you and what your body, heart, and nervous system are needing that day. I will walk you through every step of the journey so you know what to expect and can feel safe and supported. My role is to help you feel grounded, cared for, and fully supported as your body does the work it is ready to do.

In Conscious Connected Breathwork, we use a connected breathing pattern to help the body access what the mind often cannot. It’s a way to slow down, soften the noise, and begin listening to what your body has been holding.
My work blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with trauma-informed somatic support, Reiki, gentle touch, and grounded presence. I create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and deeply supportive so you can release what you’re ready to release and reconnect with your own body wisdom. This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to yourself.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is the type of breathwork I guide in my sessions. It uses a steady, connected breath to gently activate the nervous system and create space for release. This can help you move stored tension, emotion, and old patterns through the body in a way that feels supported and grounded. It is not about forcing anything. It is about giving your body a safe space to do what it is ready to do.
Each session is tailored to you and what your body and nervous system are needing that day. Sessions are about 90 minutes. I’ll walk you through the framework, guide you into a short grounding meditation, support you through the breathwork journey, and then give you time to rest and integrate. You’ll lie comfortably the whole time, and I’ll support you with gentle touch and Reiki as needed.
Yes, breathwork can be a beautiful support when you feel stressed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself. So many women spend years giving, holding, fixing, and pushing through. Breathwork gives you space to pause, breathe, release what you’ve been carrying, and come back to yourself. It is not a quick fix, but it can be a powerful place to begin.
No. You do not need any experience with breathwork before coming to a session. I will explain everything before we begin and support you the whole way through. You don’t have to know how to do it perfectly. You just have to come as you are.
Breathwork can be very supportive when it is guided with care, consent, and nervous system awareness. As a trauma-informed somatic breathwork practitioner, safety is at the center of my work. You will never be pushed, forced, or expected to go somewhere your body isn’t ready to go. We move at your pace, with support, grounding, and space for you to stay connected to yourself throughout the session.
