
Breathwork brought me back to myself
Breathwork brought me back to myself in a way I didn’t expect. I had always been someone who could speak up for others, stand in front of a classroom, and talk with confidence. But during my first breathwork journey, when it was time to share my intention, my voice cracked. I felt small, nervous, and unsure if I even deserved to take up space in the room.
What I realized during that experience was that I could talk about almost anything — unless it was deeply connected to my own heart. Speaking my truth felt vulnerable and unsafe in a way I hadn’t fully understood before.
But after the journey, when we shared our insights, something had shifted. My voice was steady, strong, and clear. It didn’t crack. Other people even noticed. It didn’t heal everything in one moment, but it opened the door. It helped me begin releasing the old belief that my truth was unsafe to share, and it reminded me that my voice was still there, waiting for me to come back to it.

I started Breathe Holistic Wellness because I know how easy it is to move through life feeling disconnected from yourself, carrying stress, overwhelm, and pieces of old experiences that never fully had space to heal.
My heart behind this work is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, reconnect with your body, and begin coming home to yourself.
Through breathwork, Reiki, sound, and holistic healing, I want to support and empower you as you release what feels stuck, remember who you truly are, and step more fully into the life that is meant for you.

What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an intentional breathing practice that helps you connect with your body, your emotions, and your nervous system. In Conscious Connected Breathwork, we use a connected breathing pattern to help the body access what the mind often cannot. It’s a way to slow down, soften the noise, and begin listening to what your body has been holding.

What makes Breathe Holistic Wellness Unique
My work blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with trauma-informed somatic support, Reiki, gentle touch, and grounded presence. I create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and deeply supportive so you can release what you’re ready to release and reconnect with your own body wisdom. This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to yourself.

My vision is to cultivate a world where people can return to their true selves, remember their essence, heal trauma, and experience lasting transformation that ripples outward into their families, communities, and the world.

My Mission
At Breathe Holistic Wellness, my mission is to provide a grounded, inclusive, and trauma-informed healing space where conscious connected breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing come together to support deep restoration. I guide people in remembering who they are at their core so they can heal trauma, reset their nervous system, and create meaningful, sustainable change from the inside out.
