
Breathwork Sessions
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an intentional breathing practice that helps you connect with your body, your emotions, and your nervous system. In Conscious Connected Breathwork, we use a connected breathing pattern to help the body access what the mind often cannot. It’s a way to slow down, soften the noise, and begin listening to what your body has been holding.
What does a breathwork session look like?
Each breathwork session is tailored to you and what your body, heart, and nervous system are needing that day.
Sessions are about 90 minutes, and I will walk you through the entire framework so you know what to expect and can feel safe and supported.
We’ll begin each session with a short grounding meditation. Then we move into the breathwork journey, where I guide you through controlled breathing techniques designed to help you deeply tune in to what your body needs, accessing and releasing stored emotions. We end our session with time for rest and integration.
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably supported by the Earth, while I hold space, support you, and offer gentle touch and Reiki as needed. My role is to help you feel grounded, cared for, and fully supported as your body does the work it is ready to do.
