Conscious connected breathwork is an intentional and structured breathing technique that enables individuals to enter expanded states of awareness. By consciously controlling the breath in a connected pattern, it becomes possible to delve deep into the realms of the body and the subconscious, where emotions, traumas, stories, and beliefs are stored.

Often these ways of thinking and being can create subtle energetic blockages within the body. Breathwork has a way of gently bringing these things to the surface to be seen in a different light, offering an opportunity for them to be released from the body or completely transformed.

The process of conscious connected breathwork is deeply personal and unique to each individual. As you connect with your breath and enter the expansiveness of this practice, you may experience a range of sensations and emotions. It is not uncommon to feel waves of energy, tingling sensations, emotional releases, or a deep sense of relaxation and peace. These experiences can vary from session to session, but they often lead to a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and a renewed connection to oneself.

Within these journeys, a welcoming and safe space is created in which Jamie facilitates breathwork practices in an explorative and curious manner, educating participants in taking ownership of their unique experience.
